I have witnessed the "Good Ole' Boy" system that promotes only
those who have a "social relationship" with the hiring manager. I have seen talented young people allow peer groups
to make important decisons such as where to go to college, when and how to engage in physical relations, abuse drugs, and
steal others property.
Many hard working Americans have lost their jobs due to the economy
downsizing, the transfer of jobs to other countries, and closet discrimination. You can break through the negative thoughts
and inertia. First, you must BELIEVE!!
